Delivery and returns

All orders are shipped within 24 hours for products in stock.

The purchased product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

The purchased items can be picked up in person at the store's headquarters or by shipment via:

- Polish post office,

- courier companies: Raben, InPost, DPD, DHL and others, serving the country.

Cost of delivery

Shipping costs may be different for each item. The shipping costs depends of:

- the size of the parcel,

- weight of the parcel,

- destination country.

The cost of each shipment is determined individually, taking into account the above information, therefore, if you have any questions or concerns, please write to us.
